PIPES AND TUBES

Our pipes and tubes meet the highest quality standards that make projects super comprehensive & strong

GI PIPE

Galvanized Steel are those steel that has been covered with a layer of zinc metal. During galvanizing, steel is immersed in a molten zinc bath, ensuring a tough, uniform barrier coating. Zinc's natural corrosion resistance provides long-term protection, even in outdoor environments. Apart from preventing water corrosion, it is equally effective in dry, indoor environments. GI pipes and tubes are mostly used in structural applications. GI steel pipes and tubes are available in various size and shapes based on the customer requirements.

MS PIPE

MS Pipes are made from mild steel they can easily be welded and formed in various shapes and sizes for pipelining and tubing purposes. These are generally used for drinking water supply i.e. Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC but can also be used in various other Industrial and Engineering applications. These pipes are usually coated with other metals/paints/varnish etc to prevent it from rusting but extra care should be taken to prevent it under extreme conditions. MS pipes are available in various size and shapes based on the customer requirements.

SS PIPES

Stainless steel pipe is primarily used in piping systems for the transport of fluids or gases. Stainless steel pipe are manufactured from a steel alloy containing nickel as well as chromium, which give stainless steel its corrosion-resistant properties. Stainless steel pipe resists oxidation, making it a low-maintenance solution that is suitable for high temperature and chemical applications. Because it is easily cleaned and sanitized, stainless steel pipe is also desired for applications involving food, beverages, and pharmaceutical applications. SS pipes are available in various grades, size and shapes based on the customer requirements.

SEAMLESS PIPES

Seamless pipes are made from solid, round steel billets that are pierced through the centre with a mandrel. The billet is rolled and stretched through a hollow billet until it reaches a customer’s specification. Seamless pipe provides a variety of benefits, depending on your application. They perform well in harsh conditions, meaning they can be used in extremely cold or hot conditions. Because of these benefits, seamless steel pipe is the preferred material in an array of commercial pipe applications and is an ideal material for many industries. We provide a variety of seamless pipe to meet your application needs, offering from a large selection of sizes and lengths according to customer requirements.

MS ERW PIPES

ERW stands for “electric resistance welded”. ERW pipes and tubes are manufactured by rolling metal and then welding it longitudinally across its length. ERW pipes have a welded joint in its cross-section and are cold formed from a ribbon of steel pulled through a series of rollers and formed into a tube which is fused through an electric charge. It is mainly used for low/ medium pressure applications such as transportation of water /oil. And in various applications like fencing, line pipe, scaffolding etc. ERW steel pipes are available in various diameters, wall thickness, finish and grades according to customer requirements.

MS BLACK PIPES

Mild Steel Black Pipes or MS Black Pipes refers to the content of less than 0.25% carbon steel and are used in structural works and fabrication works. Mild steel is usually extracted while molten and then moulded into required shape. One of the many benefits of using the MS Black Pipes is that they are made from one the most affordable kinds of steel and are easy to work with. MS Black Pipes are not galvanized and it is an ideal product to be welded into pipes, tubes and other kinds of tubing. It is one of the cheapest metals available in the market and can last up to 100 years if placed in a well maintained environment. The high quality steel used to manufacture black pipes makes it one of the most used ones in the construction and general engineering industries today.

DUCTILE PIPE

Ductile iron pipe is pipe made of ductile cast iron commonly used for potable water transmission and distribution. This type of pipe is a direct development of earlier cast iron pipe, which it has superseded. The ductile iron used to manufacture the pipe is characterized by the spheroidal or nodular nature of the graphite within the iron. Typically, the pipe is manufactured using centrifugal casting in metal or resin lined moulds. Ductile iron pipe is sized according to a dimensionless term known as the Pipe Size or Nominal Diameter. This is roughly equivalent to the pipe's internal diameter in inches or millimetres. However, it is the external diameter of the pipe that is kept constant between changes in wall thickness, in order to maintain compatibility in joints and fittings. Consequently, the internal diameter varies, sometimes significantly, from its nominal size. Nominal pipe sizes vary from 3 inches up to 64 inches, in increments of at least 1 inch.

HDPE PIPES

HDPE Pipes are made from thermos-alkathene plastic polymers that enable resilient, durable, and cost-effective solutions for the conveyance of potable water, irrigation, and bore-well applications. HDPE pipes are manufactured from virgin superior grade HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) as per BIS specifications – IS 4984 & are available in raw material grades PE-63, PE 80, and PE 100 in various pressure rating classes.
